HC to UP: Any rule to add ‘honourable’ to officials’ names? – Legally Bharat

The Allahabad high court has asked the Uttar Pradesh govt to apprise the court if there is any protocol that entitles officials of the state to prefix the word “honourable” along with their designations or names.
