Oslo, 26 November 2024: Observe Medical ASA (the “Company”) has been informed that Jørgen Mann, CEO and primary insider in the Company, has today purchased 100,000 shares in the Company as further specified in the attached notification form.
Following the purchase, Jørgen Mann holds 600,000 shares in the Company.
