produce the detenu namely Mohamed Sathik @ Cumbum Sathik aged 35 years,
S/o.Kamaldeen, who is now detained in District Jail, Theni before this Court and
set him at liberty.

ORDER
We have heard Mr.S.Titus, learned counsel on record for the
petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the
detention order, passed in Detention Order No.38 of 2024 dated 13.07.2024, by
the second respondent, had been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No.
6116, dated 02.09.2024.
